It’s over. I finally found a New World Pinot I love as much those from you know where. It bestows all the gifts of the Côte: a light elegant frame, profound, almost magical aromas, a savory touch. All that, with aromas and flavors totally its own, a feral, garrigue inflected wildness, red cherries and an exotic earthiness with a touch of truffles that carry on to the finish. A wine stunning for its sheer beauty. (Dec. 3, 2019)
